WELCOME TO WELLINGTON COLLEGIANS JUNIOR CRICKET CLUB
Wellington Collegians Junior Club is based in the heart of Wellington City at Anderson Park, Botanical Gardens, and has over 300 members.
Giving children the opportunity to enjoy cricket in a fun and safe environment, we help build and improve their skills so they can play the game in a positive and respectful way.
Junior level cricket is about participation and having fun, while learning the key skills of the game. We also encourage parents and carers to get involved through coaching, managing and scoring.
We start with a fun enjoyable first step which is Nursery Grade (for 4 – 6 year olds), to soft ball (school years 2 – 4), hard ball (school years 5 - 8 onwards) and then optional trials for school years 7 - 8 players who want to play more competitively. We also have girls softball Years 5 - 8 and girls premier hardball Years 7 – 11.
Collegians Cricket Club is the oldest club in Wellington and welcomes girls and boys in our catchment area interested in cricket at any skill level, including those who are new to cricket.
